• Contracts are a 10 hour minimum, and can be purchased in any higher hourly increment.
• Term of contract can be monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
• Use of plan time is calculated by the minute.
• Support is available by phone or email.
• Email requests will be answered within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

Remote Support packages are primarily designed for QuickBooks support and bookkeeping questions, however, other software packages can be covered by request.
